After sales service
We want your garments to look good long after the first day. And that is why we will bring a seamstress to your place of work, free of charge, so that any mending / alterations can be discussed with the expert, and you don't even need to leave your office.
Minor mending will be done free of charge to garments supplied by us for 12 months after purchase.
Alterations will be for your account, but you negotiate directly with the seamstress. You choose.
Appointments must be made, and visits are limited to one per month or as advertised.
This service is only valid for customer purchases of $500 or more, and conditions may change without notice.
