Garments, fabrics and materials purchased from other manufactures / suppliers will carry the guarantee of the supplying company. We, however, only deal with reputable LOCAL companies with a good standing in the industry. These companies have been around in New Zealand for a long time and have a name to uphold. We choose our suppliers carefully. Our motto is New Zealand first. Guarantee policies of any of our suppliers are available on request.
Garments that are made up by us, against your requirements, will be made according to the industry standard, and we will carry the guarantee on labour and workmanship directly. Any fabrics used and sourced from wholesale agents, will carry the supplying company's guarantee. A copy of their guarantee policies is available on request.
If you are not happy with any garment we have made for you, we will replace the garment or give you your money back - no quibble, no fuss!

Guarantees period is 6 months from date of delivery.
Fabrics that are woven according to your requirements will be guaranteed by us for a 3 month period.
